Fantastic service and rooms. Have to go through a shopping mall complex to get there. This hotel is great. Very nice rooms. Full kitchens. The two bed room suites are great. The king suite was very clean. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Hot tub was awesome. Exercise room was commercial grade and everything was clean and well taken care of. Free breakfast. The hotel was the best part.

Great location for shopping and restaurants. Stayed at the hotel with my husband and son, for 3 nights. My son is attending Gannon University which is less than 10 minutes away, we had a 2 day orientation easy to and from to the university. Great location to everything, University, shopping,dining and tourist attractions.

Very clean, everything was in perfect condition, and it was very quite. To get to the parking lot, you had to drive through several other parking lots. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is kept in very clean condition. The rooms are very functional with more than enough storage space. It had a large refridgerator, dish washer, and stove in a basic king room. The hotel is also non-smoking and they are very strict on that, so it was very nice not worrying about getting a smoky room.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. We were hesitent at first because the entrance appeal was not the greatest. Once we got ot our room though, we really pleased. Very modern and well equiped. It was like a studio apartment. We were very happy and will stay again in the future!

I loved the hotel, it was very clean, room and corridors were spotless. The one bedroom suite wassmall. Our main reason to stay at the hotel was due to the attraction of the shopping center and groove city. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and spotless. I only found the one bedroom suite smaller than usual, living room area and the bed was in one room, with kitchen. (Which we did not need). Lots of restaurants around and pretty safe area.

Conveniently located. Great continental breakfast. The room was a good size and the kitchen was very convenient! The indoor pool was a bit small, but never crowded.
