Very good breakfast (next door). No fox news, clerks away from front desk. This hotel is in a very good area for shopping and restaurants. They are at the end of a big remodel. The rooms are big, parking is good and free. They have some good free stuff such as cookies and USA newspapers in the fine new lobby.

Everything! Nothing. Superior service and excellent accommodations. Staff graciously unlocked food service area to give me a container of milk at midnight! I was raving to friends and family all weekend about how pleased I was! We will be sure to look for more Town place Suites on future travels!

The room was nice and large. Early in the morning when we left the security guard sleeping in the lobby with TV on as well as front desk person not seen. Everything was great except for what we wrote in number thirteen. Also, the second time we came down with luggage early in the morning when we left the front desk person was out in front of the building smoking. We would prefer not to be subject to second hand smoke when we walk out the front entrance of the building. That is also a little disconcerting to see the security person sleeping in the lobby.

The breakfast was good and plentiful, the staff was very nice, computers in lobby were great. The suites had only one king bed per room. I like two queens better. The hotel was very clean and the location for Tempe, Az was central to everything. It was also pet friendly, we travel frequently with our dog. The hotel had a nice grill area in the courtyard near the pool. Nice, if you plan to stay longer. All rooms were furnished with a small Kitchenette.

For the price we had alot of room,a kitchen and a place to spread out. Couldn't find anything wrong except that they were remodeling the front part of the hotel A two unit multifloor hotel in Tempe with pool and grill. Rooms are clean,large and new.

Everything I needed I was able to find in that room. You get more than what you paid for. The hotel was very clean, and very well kept. The room was nicely laid out and the little kitchen had everything I needed to use for my baby's bottles and food. The bed was comfortable and the A/c worked very well, especially since it was 116 degrees outside. Our room was at 70 and I loved it. The staff was very proactive about anything we may need. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was close to Phoenix airport, about 15 minutes away, yet quiet. No loud airplanes, noisy bars or any other loud distracting sounds to disturb your sleep. Plenty of well-lit parking spaces too. The hotel is very clean and appears to have been recently decorated. The carpeting is new and the walls appear to be freshly painted. The room we had was very comfortable with a well equipted kitchen, nice furniture and fairly comfortable beds. I would have preferred a firmer mattress, but that is a personal choice. The breakfast buffet was especially good with a hot entree daily (scrambled eggs or omelets) fresh fruit, yogurt, hot oatmeal, waffles and breakfast breads. The hotel is bright and airy with a nice pool. The staff is friendly and accomodating. A good value for business travelers or families. We would definitely stay there again. A good location for Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa activities.

Much better deal from Priceline than on Travelocity. The room was excellent, large with a small kitchen and a great bed. Make sure you check Priceline or Hotwire to get the best rate.

We were charged more for our pet than what the room cost! Most pet friendly hotels charge $10-$15, but this hotel did not post the fee on internet nor at the front desk - it's in the fine print of contract! Plus, the clerk didn't even mention it at check-in - otherwise we would have left cat at friends we were visitiing a mile away! We'll NEVER trust a TownPlace nor stay at one again!

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. We have stayed at other Marriott hotels. Their two bedroom suite was great with the exception of the bed - they only offer queen. Our room was located right next to the trash room and we hear a generator all night long. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable.

when I first arrived at TownePlace Suites I did not have any great expectations, however the spacious rooms with a kitchen, friendly and helpful staff made me feel at home! I would definatly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was excellent and Hotel was very clean. The hotel was not close to the ASU venue that I had put in. Very nice hotel. It was too far away from ASU which I had put in as the location for the hotel.

clean room with kitchenette new paint smell in hallways This a nice hotel for a short term stay. Two separate buildings and the one away from the office doesn't have vending machines. Pool area is small but adequate. Only ordinary continental breakfast.

Kitchen It had everything needed when away from home. You could use a Jacuzzi out by the pool, the pool could be larger. The lobby was small and looked cluttered but over all hotel is nice.

It was clean and cheerful in appearance. We look for a hotel that is clean, has a comfortable bed and meets our budget. The breakfast, pool, gym, laundry room and computers were nice extras for a great price.
