It is hard to understand the 'star' rating system. While this is only a 2-star hotel, Im not sure how it ranks so igh. It has 5 floors walk up, no elevator, very rickety stairs which make it a potential fire hazard. Shared bathrooms, which were clean and well looked after, would also mean it is over rated. Apart froma tap, there were no facilities in the rooms, and very dull lighting. The one thing really going for it is location, which was great, very convenient to the train station and Dam square. The staff were friendly.

This place isn't anything like you see in the photos the staff are ignorant and the rooms are like a carboard box tiny. the windows have bars on them making them impossible to open. my advice don't stay in this hotel complete waste of money the only thing good about the place was the locality.
