Palm Springs is hot and the air conditioner did not work. The room was muggy and uncomfortable. The staff was rude and arrogant. The air conditioner did not work. The staff was rude and arrogant. It was not a comfortable stay. The rooms were old, noisy and hot.

The hotel was not much to look at but the room was clean and served it purpose. My room was quite a distance from the pool, so I didn't use it. The Travelodge was clean and well kept. The room was spacious even with the provided refrigerator and floor fan. I was able to park my car in close proximity to my room. I am always concerned with the level of noise I will have to deal with and I was pleasantly surprised there was absolutely no noise and I slept quite soundly. The continental breakfast was ok but a toaster and bread, cereal and milk, fresh fruit would be nice, too. I will stay there again

Nothing. The hotel was run down. The shower head was only 4 foot high. Beds were horrible. Scared to leave car in parking lot. I was scared to leave my car in the parking lot. Sing said park at your own risk. Shower head was only 4 foot high and the shower was filthy. Horrible experience.

"I checked into this property on a very hot mid afternoon in June. While the room had been ""cleaned"", it smelled old and moldy. After an hour of being in the room, I was sneezing terribly and my throat was becoming itchy and irritable. I zipped up my bag and headed out in 111 degree heat to escape from the ordeal!"

It was a place to sleep. It was very 1960's and the room needed much repair. I would not return to this hotel even though the price was reasonable. I would rather pay more and stay some place I felt more comfortable.

"The entrance to the unit was with a key to a sliding glass door, an older building. The unit was old and lacked a microwave, although it did have a frig. There were three parties in front of us at check-in, with only one clerk for awhile, so we waited about 10 minutes for check-in. No one was available for checkout, so we just left the key on the desk. But the price was very reasonable. If we needed to skimp, we'd stay there again..."

"after traveling for a whole month, and staying in over 10 hotels all over the u.s., this travelodge must be the worse ever! from the 6pm rude and obviously late check-in, to the awful smell of the room. i've stayed in roadside motels and even they are better than this one!"

It was right for the time I spent there. Parking, there should be assigned parking , more handicap parking in front of the room u are assigned too, no dogs. I had a great time the 3 days I spent there, just wished there was a map of things to do and of the city too, food places too!!, but the staff was very nice and helpful to me during my stay, I want to say thank to the staff, kindness will not be forgotten thank you again.

I was very satisfied with this Travelodge. It is about 10 minutes out of central Palm Springs. The rate was VERY affordable - especially since it was high season. The room was simple but the beds were surprisingly comfortable. They are doing work on the property to improve it which was good to see. Pleasant and comfortable.

Having read the reviews on this Travelodge, I was apprehensive what I might find. But the price was right and the location was great. This is a good budget motel. It is under new ownership and improvements were being made everywhere. Buildings 3 and 4 are better right now.

The front desk was very helpful. The rooms was nice. The hot tub was very relaxing, but it closes too early. It was a very quiet and peaceful room. It was close to everything. It was a good place to spend my last couple of days with my husband before he left for Iraq. I will stay there again when he gets back.

Very convenient location to downtown. Housekeeping left us with no towels, had to request them twice. The bed was more comfortable than most. Convenient location to downtown Palm Springs. Family friendly, including pets and somewhat noisy.

The TV worked, there was hot water. Awful beds. I was expecting a bit better quality. The first night thickener got cool. The beds were not comfortable (like sleeping on a box springs).I will not stay at a travel lodge again.

Location; pool and Jacuzzi; breakfast included in price; daily cleaning; not crowded; family-friendly. Facilities not clean enough; rooms are not renovated. Ok for families with younger children, they even offer a free crib; nice pool and Jacuzzi; quiet location, as it's not in the downtown area; friendly staff. Cleaning the facilities more often and upgrading the rooms would be welcome.
