General Description

Located two blocks from Disneyland® and one block from the Anaheim Convention Center, the Travelodge on South Harbor Boulevard offers discounted tickets for Disneyland® and Sea World and is approximately 14 miles from the Orange County airport. For the recreationally inclined, there is an outdoor heated pool on site with adjacent lounging area and hot tub. Quiet, close to cafes, fuel. NOTHING Great location, nice staff and generally a good place to stay for three days.

We were very disappoointed with this hotel. The water fluctuated from scalding hot to cool during showers, and this was unfortunate for our young children. The hot and cold water set up was backwards, we were neglected to be supplied washclothes daily, and the room smelled awful! I found the block, bold letter signs everywhere I went rather overkill. Signs about being charged for towels if they are not in your room, signs about being charged if you take too much food at the breakfast, etc. We stayed at another hotel earlier in the week and their breakfast was leaps better than this hotel. The breakfast was weak, no where to sit, unless you were one of the first ten people to be there. The parking was free, but good luck getting a spot! If you came back after 8pm you had to illegally park or block someone in. I would never stay at this hotel again. Not a good choice and the walls were thin. I could hear everything from the people above us. Customer service was minimal! Front desk people acted as though they were miserable. The only nice one in the place was the breakfast personnel helping fill the cereal.

On a budget this is an OK place to stay. The rooms were alright and the staff was friendly. The down sides were that the AC was fussy. I don't know if it was an energy saver or what but it would always turn off after a short while. The TV had VERY FEW channels to watch.

Easy access to restaurants. There was not enough parking spaces for the guest so you didn't dare drive anywhere for fear of not have a place to park at night. Disneyland is 1-mile away and closes at midnight which is one long walk after a full day. If you don't get to the continental breakfast within the first 40 minutes you're left with just toast and drink.

It was in a good location and the staff was very friendly. The bathroom needed a good deep cleaning. This was a great hotel for our budget. It was located close to Disneyland and there was a shuttle just outside the hotel. A Denny's was next door and easy to walk to. There were several other restaurants and fast food places close by as well. It looked as though some people were walking from the hotel to Disneyland, but I wouldn't want to do it. It was close to the Convention Center as well. The staff was friendly and I liked that there was a refrigerator in the room. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom looked like it could use a good cleaning because the floorboards were dark with dust and the no-slip mat that goes in the bottom of the tub looked as though it could be either cleaned or replaced. Overall, it was a really good visit and fit into our budget. We will stay there again.

The people were helpful when we asked for attractions in the area. It smelled damp in the lobby and there were children running around unsupervised.

I would highly suggest this Hotel, the beds were incredibly comfortable, The room was very clean; you also have the option of having a safe in the room for your valuables which alot of other hotels do not provide. The hotel was not located right next door to the park obviously, but is definetly located within walking distance; there is a shuttle that will also pick you up in front of the hotel if you are traveling to the Disneyland park. The only complaints that I had about this hotel were very minor, our keys stopped working on two occasions, and we received our wake up call about 40 minutes late! ouch! other than that, this made for an excellent stay!

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. While the outside is a bit careworn, the room was spacious and clean. The hairdryer and cofee pot were functional. I could have used a washcloth replacement after the first day, but this was minor, and I did not request it.

It was nice atmosphere. When taking showers the water was cold. It took awhile for the water to warm up. Other than the water for a shower I would recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at. It is very close to the theme parks that we were interested in. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff. Easy access to rooms. Good location. TV has too few channels. No iron in room. No fresh fruit for breakfast. It's good for a family who just wants a place to sleep after they have spent the day at Disneyland. I slept very well and was not disturbed.

We stayed there on our 4 day Disneyland weekend and was quite happy with the location and room in general. One thing to be aware of: Their parking lot of not that big and by Staurday night it was FULL... Overall it was a good value and great location.

Room was older, but ok and clean. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could have used a little mildew remover on the tile grout, but was otherwise clean. The shampoo was not the conditioning kind . The pool is not as big as the picture looks, but was adequate, warm, and never over crowded. The breakfast included three cereals, pastries, bread and bagels to toast, milk and juices. .

Stayed overnight at Travelodge Anaheim. Front desk was quick and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable for the price. Have a season pass for Disneyland and will be staying at this hotel when needed to for a one or two day stay. Can not beat the price and is centrally located to all restaurants and shopping. Also had a very fresh continental breakfast which was constantly serviced by someone from the hotel staff. It is well worth the price.

Convenient to Disneyland. Staff did not act like they were well trained. Clean but very noisy. Requested smoking room had to stay in handicapped room. Because there were no other smoking rooms.

I liked the proximity to Disneyland. Although it is quite a walk, it is still better than paying for the shuttle. I disliked the customer service, or rather, lack thereof.

It was convenient to where we we're visiting. The continental breakfast could've been better. Overall I rate the hotel very good and would recommend it to others for either family or business.

Excellent location! Secure area, I felt very comfortable here. I wish the check-in time was earlier. Check-in was at 3:00 p.m. Not good. The hotel is in a very nice area close to Disneyland (where we were going), and right next to a Denny's. For breakfast the close proximity was convenient. The shower could have been up kept better (maintenance-wise). The cleanliness of the room was adequate and the service was appropriate. I would stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very nice. There wasn't enough parking for the guests. Overall we had a great stay. It was very affordable and walking distance to Disneyland. It was perfect for what we needed. I also really liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room it made it easy to come back for lunch.

Cheap. Shower and air conditioner were broken. The shower door was broken. Shower knob broke off in my hand. Poor water pressure. Air conditioner was broken and leaked. Room seemed very old and small. Very disappointed in the room.

Very close to Disneyland and very clean. Very little parking spaces. This hotel for the money you invest is awesome for families with small children and the location is just perfect to enjoy a fulfilled vacation!

We had a great experience at this hotel. We arrived earlier before check in, they kindley kept our luggage in a locked area while we looked around, we were so exhausted from our travel and asked if we could get into a room earlier than check in time and they quickly got us into a room. The rooms were clean and the price was right with a great location. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel which the bus came every 20-30 min. to take us to disney land which is the way to go. Tickets for the bus were in the hotel (3 for adult, 1 for kids). You definately want to take the bus, Disney is to far to walk especially for small children (remember they will be tired after a day of disney). The pool was nice and warm,we had fun in the pool. There is enough eating places around the hotel also, (we also had food delivered to our room from near by restraunts). This was a fun vacation and besides we were there to play not hang out at the hotel all day. The price was right for a nice, easy access hotel.....
