This was our first trip to Treasure Island. We got there early in the morning and had to leave our luggage out with the bell hops. They were quit upset because we didn't leave a tip for putting our luggage away until our room was open. We did tip well for when they brought up our luggage. It made us feel very uncomfortable and we saw the same guy do the same thing to several other people. After that everything was great. We didn't eat there but did lots of gambling, with very little luck. The room were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. We fully intend to stay there again as it's location is right in the middle of everything. One last thing was our view from our room. We were on the 32nd floor facing south and had a great view of the strip, the mountains, and the pools area. Highly recomment staying here.

Most of our stay was very good, except for a few things. It was march maddness weekend and we were kinda ignored because we were not there for that. In one case one of the bartenders at the Breeze Bar was very rude to us. Also when we were trying to call the shuttle service to set our pick-up to go back to the airport, we were having trouble getting through and went down to the concerigers to get help, but they could not be bothered.

The Teausre Island was very comfortable and clean. The beds and were the best, they were so comfortable, and our rooms were keep very clean daily. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to hold our bag after we checked out because our flight wasn't until later so that we could walk around a little more.

Nice room overlooking Strip! Not so nice being right next to the ice and vending machines!! Everyone seems to want ice late at night and it was very noisy.

We have stayed at numerous hotels in Las Vegas on the strip but I do have to say that Treasure Island was one of the best. The rates were very affordable, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the food at the hotel was very reasonable. Just wish the slot machines were a little looser!!!

Before it reinvented itself as TI, Treasure Island was known as a kid-friendly, pirate-themed hotel with a slightly cheesy outdoor battleship show at night. The way it was evolved and modernized itself to keep up with the new generation of Vegas vacationers was surprisingly fresh and impressive. My double queen room was spacious and quiet - and the decor was simple dark wood modern. Our friends had a suite that was a king bed with dueling bathrooms, including a jacuzzi tub and a couch in the living room space. At the time there was a promotion for a buy one get one free buffet which we tried at lunch time. The wait wasn't too long and the food was decent for the price. The location is the best thing about TI. Less then one minute to hop onto the freeway to head to nearby outlets or other entertainment venues, and located nearby all the hottest hotels.

I have nothing but great things to say about the hotel itself but the staff however is an entirely different issue. I tried redeeming complimentary tickets to Mystere and the hotel proceeded to tell me I was eligible for the tickets, but the qualifications were a 3 night 4 day stay at Treasure Island which I stayed from a Thursday to Sunday, but they proceeded to push the blame on Travel online and never once tried to accomodate me, therefore do not book your show through Travel agency and simply take the chance once at the box office the night of the show or time you check into the hotel. If not the hotel staff will not be willing to please you on the night of the show. They have no customer service skills what so ever.

We have been to Vegas 6 times and this was our first stay at Treasure Island. It was probably the nicest hotel we stayed at. The bed was amazing! Usually I dont sleep well in hotel room beds, they just arent comfortable. My wife and I commented nightly how wonderful the bed was! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Treasure Island to anybody I know who is planning to go to Vegas. Thank you for a wonderful time! I just wish the blackjack dealers would let me win a little more next time! lol.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Treasure Island. There was a long line to check in but it moved fairly quickly. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable however the pillows were large and hard. I had a stiff neck the first morning. The next night housekeeping delivered more comfortable feather pillows to our room. The pool was small. All of this would have been ok however I plugged my Ipod into the docking station/alarm clock in the room. It said plug in your ipod right on the alarm clock. When I did this my Ipod instantly broke. I took the Ipod off the docking station and noticed the docking station was damaged and that is what fried my Ipod. I called management and they did a report. The day we were checking out I called to find out the status on my claim. the manager informed me they were denying my claim because the alarm clock is not Ipod compatible and therefore my fault!!! Needless to say we were very upset. If something goes wrong during your stay don't count on any help from management (they hung up on me) and don't plug your ipod into the docking station even though it says too!!!

I loved the TI, the hotel, clean, pretty, and has great location. First I want to say I love the bed, its one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The Hotel is kept clean and the staff is very nice. Its close to everything, perfect location, we ate at Kahunaville for breakfast good prices, great service, and the food was really good. We also ate at The Steak house the meat was fabulous, and the wine to die for. If you plan on watching to sirens show, I recommend you grab a drink and hang out the Adriane Audiguer, good place great music. My boyfriend and love the TI so much we plan on going back, and would recommend it to all our friends. We watched Mystere its a great show. We also watched Terry Fator amazing guy very funny!!!!!

As a group of women in our late 20's, we were looking for a hotel that would fit our one purpose: sleeping! Since we were planning to party it up in Vegas, we wanted something cheap and easy. We all agreed that Treasure Island exceeded our expectations by a million times! Check-in was expedited as soon as we arrived, the staff was wonderful, and the rooms were spacious and extra clean, not to mention stylish and up-tempo. One of our guests did not show up, so we had an extra room left. After speaking to the wonderful manager, he waived the $300 penalty fee and refunded all of her money back! Don't get us started on the beds! They were so comfortable and cozy that we all wanted to stay in and veg out in front of our fancy flat screen TV! In addition, what they say about location, location, location deems to be true! Our party plans were quickly put into motion when we found out that Treasure Island is located across the street from Tao, next door to Jet and 2 doors down from Pure! Our trip could not have been any easier. No hassle with any cab fares! We just walked! Fashion Mall is basically attached to the rear entrance of the hotel, so we were able to buy beverages at the ABC liquor store as well as cheap food in the mall! This helped offset a huge drink bill at the clubs! The staff was wonderful, the rooms newly renovated and the location unbeatable! Also, skip the long taxi line and opt for a shuttle ride to your hotel if you have an extra 30 minutes to spare. The shuttle will cost you $6 and the cab from $20-30.

This was the best vacation I have ever been on. My husband and I went for our honeymoon and our very best friends went with us for their anniversary. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. They gave us our rooms as close as possible to each other just as requested and complimentary bottles of champagne for both rooms due to our reason there. The rooms are very nice, super comfortable beds and a WONDERFUL view of the strip. I simply cannot wait to return!!

We arrived on Friday night but they offer early check-in (11:00am) to accomodate early travellers. The pool was beautiful and with the DJ pumping the hits Thursday-Sunday, everyone was having a great time. Coupons for hotel restaurants helped keep costs lower. Pricing at the restaurants were all reasonable. The housekeeping staff were blind and incompetent. I had to request for my sheets to be changed 3 times due to spots. We spilt juice on the counter on Saturday but it was not cleaned the rest of the time (left Wednesday). They were quick to get things done after the fact but it should have been done in the first place.

The room and bathroom were quite spacious. The bed and pillows were far more comfortable than I expected...I have a hard time with most hotel beds and this gave me no trouble. The bathtub was also a plus, very large. I was surprised there were no bathrobes in this room, it seemed like there should be. The view was pretty good and the temp. was easy to adjust. Pool was overcrowded with both children and adults and therefore kind of dirty and gross but the poolside was nice enough. Restaurants were so so...better options at other hotels. We got to the check in line @ 11:20. The line was very long but it went quickly. Our luggage was delivered to our room very fast. The rooms were wonderful. We had adjourning rooms. One room was with a king size bed the other was 2 queens. I have a bad back and the beds and pillows were awesome! Not once did it bother me. The bath rooms were huge and very clean. The shower was quite large. Room service was great. You are in the middle of the strip and I would recommend taking the tram to the Mirage. We would recommend all of the places to eat there. But just remember to bring a lot of money for food! Make sure you see the FREE show there! I highly recommend TI!

TI's rooms are very nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable, pillow tops. Our room was on the side away from the strip, so the only noise we heard was of the sirens from the emergency vehicles. They had a security guy at the elevators so that only those staying there could get upstairs after 11pm. The room was nice and clean and scent free, the curtians were black out, the air conditioning was very quiet and worked well, the flat screen tv was a very nice bonus. The bathroom was clean and large, the shower sprayed nice. The only minus was there was no fan that we could tell in the bathroom, and that thier was a charge to call local.

WE asked for a refrigerator for my husbands insulin and were told that it would be $ a day extra. I finally got the young girl to call someone. Unfortunately, I "assumed" she fullfilled my request only to find noe in the room. After several attempts to speak to someone the following day, we gave up and had to keep going back to the room to refrsh the ice for his insulin. I am attempting to contact them now in hopes they will change thier policy. But as far as everything else, it was great, the pool was ok, just needs to be bigger and deeper. The othter disappointment was niot getting to see the free pirate show. You have to stand for close to an hour to get a spot on the sidewalk in front. There is a limited "VIP" spot for hotel guest but we only managed to get the that group one night and stood for about 45 min before they had to cancel the show due to windy conditions.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at TI in January for a quick get away weekend. TI is great b/c of its location. The rooms were great with very comfortable beds. Check-in was a breeze. We had breakfast at the coffee shop which was very good. No complaints what so ever. We will stay there again.

The room was the usual 2 queen bed room. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel....I want one for home! The downside to the hotel was there was no coffee maker in the room. It may be a small thing, but it would have made our mornings a lot easier. The hotel might consider having loaner coffee pots for those us of who come prepared (I was). We had problems with getting 4 towels a day (we had 4 people in the room). Apparently there is a 3 towel standard, and asking for an extra towel every day after we got back from whatever we had been doing was a pain. The restaurants in the hotel had good food, but lining up for them wasn't appealing, so we often went elsewhere. The hotel is in a great location on the strip.

We have never taken a trip without kids before. There is a lot of sight seeing to do. Make sure to get a Vegas.com book, they were supplied on the shuttle bus from the airport. There was a map of the strip, free attractions. Go to the Hoover Dam. It was amazing. We had the best tour guide! Take advantage of riding The Deuce bus. Cheapest transportation. We went on a couple of timeshare presentations to get some free things. Saved us a lot of money, if you know how to say no. We got food, shows, gondola ride, gambling credit. Take advantage. Its only a few hours in the morning, and you use their shuttle bus and can get dropped off at other hotels to explore. Fabulous time!

The Treasure Island Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is an outstanding resort. Check-In was so fast, we didn't even wait 5 minutes before we were on our way to our room. The entire place is very accomodating. We had an excellent trip, too bad the gambling didn't go the same way.

Hotel room was clean, spacious, and beautiful, especially for being a "standard" room. Staff was courteous and got us settled in quickly. The location was in the center of all the Vegas action; perfect for walking around and sightseeing!

The hotel itself was respectably clean, comfortable, and friendly. The room service every morning was always on time. If we needed anything from housekeeping they accommodated us. The cafe had delicious breakfasts served promptly. The sandwiches at the 50's dine were excellent. Foremost, the meal and service at the Pizzaria was the best. The workout facility was clean and the amenities there were excellent. If we needed directions, the bell personnel were very helpful. If we plan another trip to Las Vegas, we will definitely consider returning to Treasure Island.

This hotel was great. Located right on the strip. Very clean and up to date furniture. The bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. Friendly staff. The buffet food was excellent. The casino was really nice too. Would stay here again and again and recommend it to others.

Treasure Island is one of the best hotels on the strip. It is in a great area and the prices are a lot more reasonable than some of the other properties surrounding TI. One of the best features is that you can get from the front door to your room in about 10 minutes or less. Many of the other hotels in area you need a lot more time to get from your room to the outside. Coffee shop and Buffet area were all very good. Hotel is directly across from Fashion Mall a good place to grab a quick bite if the hotel restaurants are crowded.

We were extrmemely pleased with pretty much everything about our hotel stay with Treasure Island. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. Our room was as described and very clean. The only complaint I have is with the Coffee Shop Restaurant, they were inflexible with making substitutions on the menu. Twice we ate there and asked for a substitution which was not granted, after the second time, we did not go back. Otherwise we all enjoyed a great stay with Treasure Island.

First time on Vegas, Loved the location. Pool is just ordinary. Not like other fancy pools at other hotels. The shows are great, not enough time to do all of them. Would definitely stay again. It is in prime location to walk or get to another hotel within a short distance. Loved the whammy slot machine had lots of fun with other couples..

Loved the Hotel and overall ambiance....food was good and the staff friendly. Hotel room was comfortable and spacious, but the pool area was just too crowded to visit. Overall the Treasure Island TI was in a great location and we had a wonderful time!

Obviously they have rooms with sunlight, however I didn't seem to get one. I had a horrible room that looked out onto a wall and ugly rooftop. Zero view of anything and no sunlight... Very disappointing...

Overall good. When we arrived they were going to put us in a smoking room and then move us the next day to a non smoking room. First off all, no way on the smoking room thats nasty. Once were in all your stuff smells like smoke for the whole trip. Plus packing up my stuff and moving again is stupid. After some complaining, a long wait, unhappy staff, we finaly got a non smoking room. Why arent all hotels non smoking, they smokers can go outside!

The room was very comfortable, there was a nice sized tub to relax in and my husband and I loved the pillows and covers, it made for a great sleep after experiencing what vegas has to offer, we didn't have to walk far to get to our room and it is on the strip close to everything, we will book there again for our next visit

Loved this hotel. Great for Chillin' and winning money. ONLY PROBLEM if you dont mind hearing your next door neighbors conversation then don't stay here. Had a a couple who were Asian and could hear them all night long talking so loud...... The connecting door is not bad if you have a nice couple next door. Great for families who need the connecting door because they have kids joining them on the trip. Otherwise I would chose this hotel again for the location and the room decor. But if you can spend extra then stay across the street or next door either side to the nicer hotels.... But if not STAY AT TI!!!!
