Registered guests must be 21 years old or older. Office hours are as follows, 8am-5pm Sunday and Monday through Friday, and 8am-8pm Saturday. Please note, pets are not allowed on the property. No boats, trailers or RVS may be parked at the resort. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out upon inspection of room. Please check-in at our front desk. We showed up last minute - checked out of our hotel next door because of cleanliness issues. The staff was wonderful and found us a place to stay. The condo was fabulous - very clean (I am very picky about hotels/resorts). The bathroom was large enough for four people. The staff was very helpful - always ready to help us find something to do. The condo's pool was very clean and warm - this was helpful because of the cool evening temperatures. They have a Monday breakfast of donuts, and they give away water sports activities - our friends won a water trike rental. The elevators and stairwells were very clean - these usually indicate how a resort is taken care of! I will definitely stay again.

We went to panama City Beach FL. In July 2008 And stayed at Tropical Breeze Condos. Our stay was great, could not have been more pleased !!!!! The staff were very nice and helpful the condo was wonderful and very, very clean ( I am a very picky person too) Pool area was great for small children, teens And adults. Pool also very clean. We would love to come again someday.

We really enjoyed this Condo. It was down the strip a bit, but was close enough to the "action". The Condo was very clean and roomy. The only complaint that I had was that the check out time was 10:00 a.m. I guess that is normal for the middle of the Summer, though. Every room has a Gulf front view and a private balcony. The balconies were bigger than some that we have stayed in. Overall, it was a GREAT weekend getaway for my Husband and I and we will definitely stay at the Tropical Breeze Condos again!
