the hotel receptionist was excellent especially compared to staff in Portugal. she booked a show for us, helped us make phone calls and was very pleasant.
the hotel room was clean and comfortable. it is fairly new. the pool was very clean and there is a large area to relax in.
the metro system in madrid is excellent so even tho this hotel is not located in the downtown area, you are able to get downtown easily.
we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely return.
