The elegant Tryp Ambassador hotel is located in the historical city centre of Madrid, close to the Royal Palace, Teatro de la Opera , the courts , the Gran Via and shopping, cinemas and theatre area. It occupies the old palace of the Duques of Granada de Ega, maintaining its original structure. The building was constructed in 1850 and completely renovated in 1990. Formerly a city palace, the basic structure and noble classical style of the building have been completely preserved.
