Rooms are more stark and plain than illustrated online. Broken lamp fixtures went unrepaired for 6 days (in spite of note to please repair them). Quiet at back of hotel, but overlooks alley with very unpleasant smell of garbage. Bathrooms are very nice, except for the toiletries (pump liquid soap instead of higher quality amenities). Housekeeping very good; continental breakfast and dining room also very good. Excellent location (close to subway and restaurants). A bit overpriced for the "quality" level. Desk staff not all bilingual; some spoke no English which can be an issue for non-Spanish speakers.
