Good place to lay your head!I merely wanted a place to sleep that would be comfortable and non threatening and I found it in this hotel. The room was small but comfortable and clean - there was the offer of free hot drinks from reception but I would have preferred a kettle in the room - as I was alone and didn't really want to interact with people. Also while the trouser press is good as a woman I would have appreciated an iron in the room. But these are available on request and I was just too tired to get one sent up. The bed was very comfortable and the shower good, I should have requested a bath as after a day on my feet I could have done with a soak! So another thing to check out if you are booking. I enjoyed the breakfast with good quality yogurt and really fresh croissants. Overall a good experience and one which I would repeat.

The room did smell a little musty and the heating was slightly hit and miss. Overall though we thought the hotel was very nice indeed with very unique features and beautiful furnishings.

Great Location, Service and ValueA very conveniently located hotel in a popular district with good transport links and dining options. Hotel staff is service oriented and go out of their way to help. Typical smallish London rooms, but well set up and maintained. Excellent full continental breakfast included with room rate. Will certainly return.

This was a great find. The hotel is small but the customer service was exceptional. Our room was opulent to say the least with a claw foot bath in the room and beautifully decorated. Although we had to wait for a table at breakfast we were brought orange juice while we waited and the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable. My 12 year old son was very impressed!

great place for London break me and the good lady came into the big smoke for a night watching lily allen at Shepherds Bush followed by the Boat Race the following day. Hotel was great location, near tube station. Breakfast on the Sunday was amazing, endless supply of pastries, fruit, cereal and more. Put about a stone on! I'd stay here again.

Lovely feel to the hotel and really great location â€“ actually very quiet even though close to Earls Court. Room was small, aren't they always! Breakfast was very good for a small hotel and the attention to detail was great. No hesitation in staying there again.

Convenient hotel near many amenitiesRoom was small because filled with over-large furniture, very old fashioned \"grand\" style. However it was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and attentive. No in-room teamaking, but coffee and tea available free of charge from the small bar. Fair continental breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. Nowhere to work and no dressing table so somewhat restricted for the business traveller.

Saw a breakfast tray with a cooked breakfast but no menus at breakfast and no one around once our coffee was delivered so no one to ask if one was available. Continental breakfast really nice. Booked a luxury double but this turned out to be in the basement so no view and only a shower in bathroom. Woken at 7 am by staff dropping linen outside of room and generally being noisy. But we do like this hotel and would stayagain

The hotel was close to Earls Court tube, and the room was clean and comfortable - though small. The breakfast was excellent though it only commenced at 0730 which was not as early as one might want. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly be happy to stay here again.

Fantastic HotelCant fault this hotel and I highly recommend this place. For £80 a night, great 4 poster bed, medium size bedroom and lovely bathroom. Great breakfast and the staff were faultless. 1 Min from the tube and close nice restaurants. Will be back.

Wonderful, friendly service. As a customer you really get the sense they care about the people staying there. The breakfast room was particularly pleasant, and looks delightfully different from the usual sterile basement space. The bedroom was small but large enough for an overnight business stay but the bathroom was substantially larger than I'd expected.Unreservedly recommended.

Room service is very limited and there is no tea and coffee in the room but its free if you just ring reception for it. Ideal for the exhibition centres and a quiet location. Room was a four poster which was good value. Would definitely stay here again.
