The University Inn Duke Hospital was a very nice place to stay. All the employees were very friendly and went above and beyond to take care or our needs and shuttle us around town. The close proximity to Duke Medical Center was a bonus. The rooms were very large and clean. This hotel was recently converted to a non-smoking facility, and showed no signs of lingering smoking oders. The only area that could use some improvement was the breakfast bar. Overall, I plan on staying there on any of our future trip to this area.

We wanted to stay close to Duke U. Med. Center for a medical evaluation. This was within walking distance. The breakfast in the lobby wasn't superb but we got what we wanted.....everything was very clean, the shower was hot, the price was great. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very convenient to the hospital, a little hard to get food without a car. Plus side: huge room, easy walk to hospital, mini fridge. Minuses: bed very hard, breakfast completely unappealing, apathetic desk staff in evenings.

The staff at this hotel was so accomodating during our time of need. We were in town to go to Duke Hospital and everyone was so helpful!

We stayed here because it was so close to Duke Hospital. The rooms are large and the people were great. There was a shuttle to the hospital even though it was easy walking distance.
