The location of this hotel was brilliant. 100 metres from airport water bus route stop. Away from all the hustle and bustle which is lovely to escape. The owner if very friendly and gives loads of advice of where to eat, etc, so as not to get ripped off. A comfortable hotel and good value for it's money. Would definately use again.

A wonderful experienceVery convenient from airport. Friendly staff. Extremely clean room. Perfect place to get around in Venice. We highly recommend it.

The hotel was well located, being ten minutes away from Rialto and St Marks Square. The room was quite small, but with a stunning lagoon view. Our only complaint really was the bathroom, which was tiny and had a very haphazard shower which had no pressure at all and on two occasions, no hot water. However, generally the hotel was good, but breakfast served in the tiny foyer was a very cheek by jowel affair. Matteo, the owner, was very helpful and affable. Also great for getting to and from the airport and islands as the vaporetto stop is just outside the hotel.

The room and hotel were as described - very clean and nice. The customer service was excellent - nothing was too much trouble. The ensuite bathroom was tiny though - you couldn't easily step out of the shower as the toilet was in the way and you couldn't easily get to the toilet as the bidet was in the way.... Fine for one night, but the lack of space would get annoying during a longer stay.The hotel has excellent travel links, especially to and from the airport.
