Terrible place! Run down, filthy, noisy and scary. Looked like a very old apartment house converted to a sleazy hotel. All night some man on a cell phone paced back and forth in the hall in front of our room speaking in a foreign language. I didn't bathe because the shower had an open crawl space behind it and was probably infested with rats.
