Stayed for one night on way home from a weekend away. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of toast, cooked breakfast was good and the waitress was unfailingly helpful. I learnt it had recently been taken over by new owners so it will take them some time to establish their own mark on the place, but it had a welcoming atmosphere and off-street parking was very useful. Although they lock the front door at 9pm, you can get in with your key as late as you like. Shower was a bit weak in the bathroom, which itself was essentially a converted wardrobe, but it was adequate for what we needed.
