An extremely good hotel, though slightly out of the way. Very good rooms, well kept and neat place, cordial and friendly service, good pool. If you want to just relax and not go anywhere this is the place. The fun & leisure activity operators anyway pick up and drop you back at the Hotel. To move around the other option is to rent a 2 wheeler scooter, you must have a valid International license. The spa is not recommended, if you have experience the Thai massages at Bangkok, then this is just overpriced glamour. Internet connection, there is only one at the reception, which was a limitation for me, though may not be for most on holiday.

We found its location a haven in the old part of town with its vibrant chaotic Kao San road only one street away. However we could come back to a tranquil pool and quiet air conditioned room at any time and that worked for us.

Great location next to khoa san road .If you follow the road the hotel is on ,towards the river ,there are plenty of cheap places to eat that have great food,like whole snapper for 180 thb which was fantastic. and so much to do in the area .

This is an old hotel with very little noise reduction considering it's extremely close proximity to all the chaos of Khaosan Rd. The breakfast buffet (for an extra 220Bht if not inc in internet price) is ok, but you could do better by just venturing a few minutes around the corner. Check out time of 1PM was good. All up a fairly old style average hotel with a modern face-lift. Wouldn't stay here again.
