Excellent value for money, would stay there again if the special deal came up.Hotel was easy to find and perfect for a business trip. Rooms were well designed with well thought out features such as being able to play my Ipod through the tv.

would use this againThe rooms have blackout curtains and although very close to the motorway, very little sound gets through - can't hear the neighbours either so a very good night's sleep. We have stayed here 3 times since it opened and while I have recent minor grumbles, they are the fault of previous occupants (cracked wardrobe mirror on this stay for example.) Breakfast full English or continental with plenty of fruit and cereal if you want it. Haven't eaten in the restaurant so can't comment but the pool/gym are complimentary if you are staying there and the family made good use.

my first experience of Village hotelsOnly had a shower and no bath, you would expect both at this price, would be better if shower head not in roof and was adjustableRoom was very dusty with some chewing gum on one of the pillows although it was clean.Room otherwise was good with ipod dock and free wi fi but why do hotels not let you have freeview as standard.Meal in Verve grill and service very slow and not busy, had to keep asking the waitress for items I ordered and her knowledge of the menu was poor and she had to keep asking the chef. The price you are paying the staff should be trained better or I was unlucky.Pool and gym were good.My first stay at this group of hotels and on the whole good room and facilities but let down by poor service in Verve grill.

Lovely hotelMy Key card didn't work I didn't get into the hotel until around 11.30pm and had to be up at 6am and had to take my key back three times before a Manager came with a new one and activated my door.

The customer service from the staff at this particular Village Hotel was appalling. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful but the bar staff and staff around the hotel were very rude and short. We have stayed in The Village Hotels before but this particular site let them down as a whole. I can say we will never use this one again.

come againive been here times now and will be going back first time went into leeds second time just stayed in the hotel food fab and bar good and very clean i will be going back again and again

Excellent value for moneyThoroughly enjoyed stay, excellent facilities, pool, sauna, steam room were great. Starbucks coffee was a real treat and discount received in restaurant was invaluable. Definately would recommend and will return. Will also try others in England.

Great new hotel, has all the facilities you need in your room. My stay was very comfortable and the staff were very accomodating. Only complaint is receiving a wake up call when I didnt ask for one, after informing reception, it was activated again! Otherwise I would definitley pick this hotel over any others in this area.
