I knew this place was going to be basic but I was thoroughly disappointed. It was small and grubby, everything seemed to be falling apart, the staff were unfriendly and the breakfast was dire. It was in a pretty bad area, next-door to a porn shop, grafitti everywhere, and constant shouting and car horns beeping throughout the night. plus the room was very, very cold. There was no toilet paper in the (grubby) bathroom either. The only good thing I can say is that it was very close to the railway station.

Plug socket didn't work in room. Room was small but clean. Very close to the station, so convenient for onward travel, but not a very nice part of the town.

Excellent location for exploring Milan but don't expect 4 star facilities - in fact don't expect any facilites. What you get is a room, a TV, a bed (we ordered a double and got a twin bed room ) and a luke warm shower (must be a safety feature). This place is very scruffy and is sorely in need of renovation but it's cheap. Reception is open 24 hours and English is spoken. Would I stay there again - Yes!
