Valet Parking Only but that was OK Clean rooms, excellent service, friendly people. They were always helpful to your needs. Rooms were big and nice. View was great. Had a great restaurant for Breakfast and dinner, 2 televisions in the bar was great, relaxing atmosphere in and around the Hotel, within walking distance to every restaurant and Mall. I felt like I was at home.

The hotel was nice, I took my husband for a birthday gift. We visited their first week of operation so the staff seemed to still be in training. We didn't get the correct room upon check in and were told we had to wait for a possible king room.when we finally got a room, another guest was given the same room and came on in our occupied room... Very scary!! Our phone didn't work and shower door caused entire bathroom floor to get wet. Rooms were nice since they were brand new. Appreciated the 1 time experience, don't think I will return.

The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the staff treated me like a queen! I can't think of anything I did not like about this hotel. I loved staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, as it was the best of both worlds the most luxuriously comfortable and friendly it could possibly be, and in a price range that wasn't out of reach for me as a traveler.

I do not advise that anyone go to Whiskey Blue at the W in Atlanta. I experienced the worst customer service of my life, and have never been so offended. There are much better places in Atlanta to experience than this bar at this particular hotel. The General Manager is offensive and obnoxious at Whiskey Blue. Time would be much better spent elsewhere.

Rooms are smallish but serviceable. frosted glass doors on bathroom don't lock and there are no bathtubs - showers only (room was King-single may be different in other rooms). Checked me into a room that wasn't ready yet so they ""upgraded"" me (though the rooms sure looked the same. Charged me to use their business center and no meals were included. Other hotels in area are better deals, however provided local shuttle service others don't provide. Overall, more ordinary than I expected.

W Atlanta was nice to us and the stay would have been OK but for what happened on the Saturday night before we leave. The hotel staff allowed, and then tolerated, a party that occupied the floor above our room to party from midnight till 4:30 a.m.! Despite complaints from us and other guests, they did nothing to stop it, and it was only after many calls to complain that they offer us another room to move to. By that time it was 4 a.m., and they actually expect we would be satisfied by being given the chance to sleep 2 hours ... no compensation, no apologies for their mishandling of a rowdy group. I will never return.

The hotel is FANTASTIC!!! The staff were all very courteous...often going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The only drawback was the "mixer" they have on the weekends. It's best to get a room not too close to the club on the top floor and not too close to the bottom. Otherwise...it was an ideal place for rest and relaxation.

Location. Service Level. We arrived at approximately 5:30 pm. Our Bellman was great. We walked into our room and soon realized that the bed only had small pillows. We immediately called the front desk to request new ones. We left for dinner and hour later and hoped to catch the courtesy shuttle. After waiting for about 20 minutes, a minivan pulls up and quickly filled with other guests. We decided to get a cab. We also called and requested a cab for our return from the restaurant. We were told it would be 30 minutes. We were 3 miles from the hotel. We again decided to cab it. Upon our return, we realized that no pillows had been brought to our room. I called the front desk again and was told that we would have them shortly. We again left the room for a few hours via cab and returned at approximately 1 am to discover, no pillows. I went to the front desk and complained and was told that we would have them shortly. We were then called in our room and informed that there were no extra pillows available. In addition, we were next to a building under construction which had lights on in all of its exposed windows all evening long. The curtains would not close and I had to pin the curtains up and use towels to try to block out the light. Overall, a bad experience.

Jaclyn in the club level lounge was super nice. Hard to find. Hotel sign was very hard to see, even at night. Great location. Room was clean, upscale and nice gift bag on bed upon check in. Handicapped room well equipped, but not enough room between bed and TV cabinet for wheelchair to maneuver.

Shuttle service very accomodating and location good for our needs. Restaurant fair. Room good as well as location. However, requested to be seated at patio area, told it would be a 20 min wait even though there were empty tables. Within 5 minutes another couple were seated on patio. Seated in the bar area, water was brought but after waiting 20 minutes and not being waited on we walked out. Spoke to desk clerk the next morning when checking oout. My final bill listed $15/day for parking and quoted $10/day when checking in. The manger on duty corrected my problems by removing my parking fee totaling $30.00, I was satisfied.

The comfort and low noise level of others in the hotel. Parking was difficult. You have to have someone from the hotel to let you in the gate.
