The room was very clean. The staff went above and beyond to help up as they held our luggage so that we could shop downtown until our room was ready. They also held it the next day once we check out until we were actually ready to leave town. Overall a very nice place.

The Warwick is a lovely hotel on the corner of 54th and 6th. The staff starting at the front desk to the bellmen and the housekeeping staff were absolutely wonderful. They were never too busy to assist with directions, dining or subway suggestions. Everytime we returned to our hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome. It was like coming home. It is a small hotel but has all the amenties of the larger chains without the extra charges. The location is great for walking. Just one block from 5th at Tiffany's, three blocks to Radio City and Rockefeller Center. In the other direction, an easy walk to Time Square. There are 2 restaurants at the hotel, however we were never there long enough to eat. However, both menus looked delicious. They do offer 24 hr. room service. The only negative was there was not a vent in the bathroom so it was a little steamy. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel. This is my 3rd trip to NYC. If I ever return, I'll book the Warwick again.

The Warwick hotel was lovely and excellently located for our pleasure trip. 5th Ave Shopping was very close. We walked to Broadway & Times Square, Central Park, & Rockefeller Plaza. The Staff were wonderful. The hotel was lovely and the room was larger than expected for a grand old boutique type hotel. The carpet in the room was just a little worn, but hardly worth mentioning given everything else was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and our room was quiet. Would definitely return.

Manhattan shopping and attractions, the bathroom is extremely small. You can wash your hands and sit on the toilet at the same time. The carpeting in the room and the wallpaper were outdated, made me feel like I was in my grandmothers living room. The furniture was less than ideally placed.

We got a superb price, the room was NYC huge and the staff was cosistently responsive and friendly. The breakfast buffet in Murals was a bargain.

The Warwick New York is a nicely decorated, historic building in a great midtown location, near theater, shopping, subways, etc. Our room was fairly large: king-size bed, upholstered chairs, desk, minibar, and closet with safe. The TV was tiny and old, but it worked and was all we needed. The bathroom was spotless, with marble floor and tiles, new-looking fixtures, and soft, large towels. We looked out onto an airshaft -- rooms with view cost extra -- but that turned out to be an advantage because it stayed dark long after the sun came up, so we could sleep in. Staff was very helpful and friendly. One desk clerk offered to print out our boarding passes when the business center was busy. Another found a subway map for us, and all were courteous and smiling, including housekeeping. Lots of well-dressed Europeans among the guests, and no busloads of teenagers, which we thought was a distinct advantage. We thought the room rate was reasonable for an upper mid-level hotel in New York and will definitely stay there again. One disadvantage: the hotel restaurant is expensive, even for breakfast, so we found a cafe nearby.

"Stayed on teh Warwick on a very special trip I had planned for years. I was afraid when choosing a hotel as my past experiences in New York Hotels had been disastrous. The Warwick was the nicest surprise: The room was beautiful, confortable, and quite large for a NY hotel; the staff was the kindest. The hotel was walking distance from the major tourists spots, or the transportation to get there. Me and my mother have decided The Warwick will now be our hotel of choice when travelling to NY. I highly recommend it!!!"

"This hotel is close to Broadway, Central Park, 5th Avenue, and subway stations. It's very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very professional. The drinks in the hotel lounge are pricey, so find another place to drink."

Our stay at the Warwick Hotel as part of our New York vacation was outstanding. The hotel staff is among the best I have ever encountered. The staff was very helpful in recommending top-notch restaurants in the local area and were consistently very friendly, professional, and customer oriented. My wife and I had a fantastic vacation and enjoyed all of the amenities of the hotel. The location of the hotel on W.54th street is outstanding as many of the prominent must see events and locations are within walking distance. Rockfeller Center, St. Patrick,s Cathedral, Central Park, and many other New York landmarks are within easy walking distance, not to mention some outstanding dining locations as well. We both had a wonderful vacation and credit much of our success to our selection of the Warwick Hotel with it's fantastic location and highly professional staff and service we received. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

I just had a short three-night stay at the Warwick and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Check-in can get a little crowded due to the small area, but it seemed to move pretty quickly. The hotel is simply gorgeous with a very ornate and Victorian feel to it. Certainly not a boutique as hotel has about 32 floors. The room was beautifully decorated with very elaborate window treatment and antique style furnishings. Because of the great rate I was able to obtain on Travelocity, my room didn't have the best view in the world. Which was fine with me since I enjoyed looking at the window treatment. This hotel had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in since I've been traveling over the last 20 years. I'm usually an early riser, but the bed was so magnificent I never got up until around 10 am. The location of this hotel is also a primary asset. Short walk to the theater district and one block from 5th Ave. and all the wonderful high-end shopping locations. Hotel also surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and only one block from the Museum of Modern Art. Definitely plan to stay here again.

I picked the Warwick as part of a flight/hotel package, having researched and read many travel reviews. Even though everything looked good "on paper," you still never know until you're there. The Warwick more than fulfilled my expectations. Lovely, clean, gracious, central location. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in! Hotel room was a good size, bathroom was modern and attractive, dining room was pricey but nice. Well appointed fitness room, with extra thoughtful touches of bottled water and fruit. People at the desk were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great New York hotel! Will return without hesitation.

My 16 year old daughter and I stayed 3 nights and loved this hotel! I was looking for something "Old New York" rather than a glitzy chain hotel and we were not disappointed. It has a charming history, beautiful, spacious rooms and very friendly, attentive service. The location is great - just 4 blocks to most anything in mid town manhattan. We didn't use the fitness rooms or business rooms so I can't comment on those. But the rooms were very quiet for New York Standards. I could barely hear our neighbors. Loved it! Would highly recommend!

First stay in this hotel - have stayed in several other hotels in nyc. overall this place is the nicest so far - good sized room for nyc. great bar downstairs, and you can't beat the location. my one complaint is that you could hear what was going on in the halls and other rooms - very thin walls.

The Warwick Hotel is in the perfect location and is a lovely hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet at all time. The bathroom is small but ample and there is plenty of closet space. The location near Broadway and Rockfeller Square is perfect for exploration.

We stayed at the Warwick Hotel in Manhattan. I could not have picked a better location. Not only being a very nice hotel, it was right in the center of everything., Only a few blocks from Central Park, Empire State Bldg., Times Square, Theatre District, Shopping - which my daughter loved. The only thing we did not like was that the only restaurant in the hotel was only opes for breakfast. So, but they did have excellent food and dependability. We got breakfast by room service every day. It was quite costly, but not more than any where in New York for the quality of food that we received. I would definitely stay here again!

"The Warwick is in a great location in mid-town. It was perfect for our conference. The rooms have been nicely updated. I had a room with no view, which meant it was quiet, which was fine with me. Gym is fine for a workout."

My wife and I finally had our honeymoon after being married for 6 years and I can honestly say that the staff at the warwick made it most memorable. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were treated like we were the only guest's in the hotel. The people at the front desk we friendy, helpful and polite and the conserge service was there to answer any questions we had. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to many shop's including fifth ave. Walking distance to time square, broadway, radio city and many others. The hotel was very clean and in a safe area. The rooms are a very good size for N.Y.C. and offer all amanaties. If you are going to NewYork and you are a first time traveller you will enjoy your stay at the Warwick.
