Bookers should beware that this is Bed and Breakfast only. Rooms are relatively sparse. Small TV in room. OK if only looking for quick overnight stay and not worried about Dinner. I arrived late around 9.30pm to stay here and had to then go and find something to eat elsewhere before climbing into bed exhausted.

I did not feel this hotel was value for money. As a single person I was given a room which was minute. The was no heating so an electric radiator was brought (willingly) but this took up any remaining floor space. The bathroom also was ridiculously small. Because I was leaving at 7.30.a.m. (surely normal for Gatwick passengers) I was advised that breakfast was toast andcereal and that I had to get it myself. There was no transport to or from Gatwick and a taxi cost £10 each way. This made the one night stay £60 and made me resolve to stay elsewhere next time I travel from Gatwick. Yes, it was very clean.

This friendly hotel represents excellent value for money, and is very well located for Gatwick Airport. Not a huge room, but extremely clean, with desk, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Freshly cooked breakfast taken in the conversatory overlooking the fields. Note: there is some aircraft noise, as the hotel is close to the flight path, but the rooms are double-glazed which helps minimize this.

Lovely hotel to stay in, in beautiful surroundings. Very easy to find following the directions given on their website. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The only down side was that breakfast was slow but they did apologies as they were fully booked that evening. Apart from that it was a lovely hotel and I would recommend it to friends and family to stay in.

£10 for a taxi from Gatwick airport,don't use airport taxi rank as they charge £16. Hotel will give number of local taxi, convient continental breakfast provided for early departures.

The only problem we had with the hotel was that it was directly under the flight path for Gatwick, however, after an evening meal and a few drinks, either the planes stopped during the night, or we didn't hear them !! and let's face it, you want to be up early if you are catching a flight !!

Although my stay was only one night, I found the hotel, exceptional, staff were great, food fantastic, and the room was spotlessly clean, and the decor very tasteful, would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel.
