I needed a room for the night in the general vicnity of South Bch, for a quick visit to see my son. The price and location were the prime attraction in my booking. The rooms were spacious and well appointted. But, the refrigirator's ice maker wasn't connected to a water source, so it was a long trek down to the basement of the laundry room to get ice. A section of cabinet beneath the kitchen counter wasn't in place yet, leaving the plumbing exposed. The large marbled bathroom was attractive, but had no countertop upon which to arrange one's razor, tooth bruch, makeup, etc. Opposite the bed was a large, brand new whirlpool tub. We filled it when we arose Sunday AM. But, when we got in, found the installation wasn't completed... there were no bubbles. Even yet, considering the location and imenities, the hotel is a great value! I will return... But, next time I will demand a room further down the corridor away from Collins Av. I know better, so that was my mistake. Luckily, I learned long ago to carry ear plugs when I travel!

I have to commend you on your staff and how courteous and patient(I was very irate when we arrived as it was very late) and the woman stayed quite professional and calm. I wish that I could remember her name but I only saw her twice and did apologize for my actions. My friend and I found the room to be very clean and comfortable. Thanx again for a great stay!!!
