Very clean, and comfortable room. Pay per view movies were out of order. Great, clean room, tasty room service breakfast. My only complaint is that the pay per view movie system was down throughout the hotel. My wife and I were looking forward to watching a movie on our getaway from the kids.

Spa and pool were great. No housekeeping until 9:00 pm, when we called. Great location. Great ferry to city and great spa. Hotel needs a facelift and increased maintenance to common areas. Service in hotel needs improvement. Price was amazing!

Individual gas fireplaces were a nice touch at outside sitting areas by the pool. Additional $17 resort fee billed to my credit card before checkout. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westin. Short ferry ride across the river to town (left every 20 minutes) took only 90 seconds. Very convenient. Avoided limited/expensive parking in historic district. Free parking at hotel. Fire pit, hammocks, and Jacuzzi by pool were very nice. Wonderful property. Very elegant/contemporary public spaces. Room very comfortable. Heavenly bed. Restaurants at hotel very expensive.

I love the location and view. There was nothing I didn't like. A great place for a romantic night. The Staff takes great care of you. You can take the water taxi over to Savannah Riverfront anytime. You get a great view and the beds are the best. It's first class all the way.

Top notch, extremely helpful staff, beautiful setting. Thrilled to get this quality at the price we got. Nothing. We were extremely pleased with the service and setting of this luxurious hotel with a wonderufl view of Savannah. Our room was clean and comfortable, amenities were amenable, and the spa services impeccable. Being across the river from the city gave us the opportunity to be within reach yet peacefully removed...while within easy reach with the frequently-running ferry. We will definitely return.

Best bed sheets ever, great view of River St, and loved the double shower head. Couldn't find phone directory to call front desk and minor problem withTV remote. It's in an excellent location, my room had a view of the Savannah River. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was made with the softest and most comfortable linens. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The only problems I experienced was with theTV remote and couldn't find the extension number for the front desk on the phone. Also, around 10-11pm there was a loud sound from a ship passing down the river, but that goes with the location and it only occured once.

A beautiful room in a beautiful location. Absolutely nothing. The Westin Savannah Harbor is about as perfect as one could wish. The staff goes out of their way to greet you, the rooms are beautiful, ferry ride to historic Savannah. This is about as five star as a hotel can get.

"We stayed here to see the fireworks on the river and were not disappointed--they launched from right beside the Westin and we were THRILLED!! What a great view! Every staff member was professional, courteous, and very helpful. Heavenly bath--DEFINITELY!! Heavenly bed--very nice! Room smelled fresh and clean! Noise levels from groundskeepers at 7:30am were the only thing we didn't appreciate."

Beautiful and lots of amenities Mandatory $25 per room Resort Fee that was not included in the room rate and I was not informed about the fee when I made the reservation Very accomodating and great service. However, I had requested a room with 2 double beds when I made the reservation but there were none available when we checked in. They offered us a refund but there were no other vacancies at other hotels on the holiday weekend. They did put us in the Parlor of the Presidential Suite with no bed but it did have a Sofa Sleeper and they sent us 2 rollaways. The suite was very nice, but we weren't as comfortable. They also compensated us with a Sunday brunch. Overall, I would stay there again.

The view of the river was very nice The staff was very unfriendly, especially Casey, the Concierge. The hotel was "nice" but nothing to write home about. The staff was certainly lacking in "southern hospitality".

Location. Food, very expensive and limited offerings. Staff was great, location was excellent and beautiful facilites. And not over It only has a bar with limited food menu and a very expensive upper class restaurant nothing in between.

Excellent. Very satisfied. Great staff, excellent room & bed. Upgraded to a room with a balcony and it wa worth it. It was nice to sit out on the balcony and watch the big ships coming through the river. Very east to take the water taxi cross the river to other attractions, restaurants etc.

First of all, checking in was very confusing. There were three mother-daughter couples in my traveling party and we had all requested that we at least be on the same floor long in advance of checkin-in. Apparently, they never got this request. The cleanliness of the rooms, esp. the bathroom, was not up to par. The pool was a complete let down. Getting in touch with room service proved to be a mission impossible.The staff, however, was extremely nice everywhere in the hotel. The Hyatt is my family's hotel of choice and we were definitely diappointed in this one. There are so many historic inns and hotels in Savannah and we will opt for one of these next time.

This was my first stay at the Westin. I was referred to it by a coworker who stayed in their Atlanta hotel and a friend who stayed at the resort in Savannah. Neither of their compiments could be less worthy. I could have stayed in that bed all day, I hadn't slept that comfortably in years! The facility is gorgeous and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful and I really appreciated them providing me with directions to the resort. My only problem was the cable, at this rate there could have been more that 7 channels to watch! I will be making a return trip in a year.

Staff was extremely efficient and friendly. The first evening there I fell in the bath room due do a slippery bathtub. The hotel was nice with limited resource for food onsight. Although transportation to the city was available it was for limited hours.

I would have preferred to be on the city side of the river. A beautiful, self-contained property with a lovely view of the historic district across the river. The swimming pool is especially nice.

Beautiful grounds especially around the pool area. Bar is in lobby, needs to be a little more secluded with music. River smelled very bad. Very comfortable beds, clean well furnished room. Elegant lobby area. Pool area was very nice and right on the river.

Scenic location, wonderful amenities, comfy beds Would have liked inclusion of breakfast in room rate We only stayed overnight at this hotel, but our experience was smooth from start to finish. Friendly greetings by valet parking attendants and bellmen, efficient check in and check out service, and a beautifully decorated room, not to mention the great, scenic location on the Savannah river made this a great stay. Unfortunatley we were not there long enough to sample the spa and resort amenities, but we would definitely return.

The heavenly bed and the excellent customer service!. One room. I like the 2 rooms at Embassy Suites. This hotel had some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. They offered an abundance of extra services at no charge such as a "heavenly crib", and a jogging stroller for my AM run. Towels supplied at the pool, and floats and rafts in the pool for guest use. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good, and prices were fair. We arrived from out of state after a night of traveling, we arrived ahead of schedule at 10AM and were happily checked in early and given a room. I am going on a trip in November and will stay at a westin if available.
