Location. Pillows smelled. The pillows smelled unclean and found hair on them but we arrived late and were too tired to complain.

My spouse and I took a quick get-away to Memphis. The Westin was much better than expected. The location was extremely convenient to Beale Street and all downtown activities.The room was very tastefully decorated, heavenly bed,& linens exquisite! Everyone on the staff , from the manager to the valets were so friendly and helpful. They all remembered and addressed us by name each time we saw them.
We ate in the restaurant for breakfast only, but the selection and portions were very generous.
We hope to return to Memphis within the next year, and the Westin will absolutely be our first choice.

I have Not had the pleasure of staying at"" OUR "" Westin yet, I have stayed in the Westin Houston. Knowing how important ""Guest Satisfaction"" is am I sure the Memphis Westin will be a delightful addition to Memphis and Beal Street. I have no reluctance when I recommend The Westin to friends and colleagues. I look forward to my personalized stay soon.
