No one made me aware that valet parking was not free. I was charged and I would expect that in a quality hotel I would not have been charged.

Staff was great. Needs a separate bar area. Bar area was in lobby and could have been cozier. It was a great stay and would recommend it to others.

Great location. No security in a potentially unsafe area. First off, getting to the front desk from the valet / main entrance is a pain if you take the stairs. If you have never stayed in the hotel, you would not find the elevators easily, and would probably just decided to lug your baggage up a flight. Secondly, the European gentleman was not so gentle on my check-in, but was instead very curt and impatient. Once I got to the room, it seemed nice, until I found that one of the overhead lights was out. Although this may seem like a small issue, it ruined the ambiance of the room. As always, the Westin beds are comfortable, and the view wasn't too shabby from the 12th floor. So the 1st night went so, but not terribly. The next day, after a day of running around ATL, I arrived back at the hotel about 5pm, and my bed was not cleaned. I had even put the card on the nightstand for Please change the linens on my bed. I rang the front desk, told them I'd be out to dinner by 7, and to please have that done. I thought it was just an honest mistake, so imagine my disappointment when I got back from dinner at midnight, and the bed was still as it was (I had even left a $5 tip). I rang the front desk again, this time a little more upset. They stated that the cleaning person was very tied up, that there were other requests ahead of mine and that it would take an hour to get to me. Of course I went down to the desk in person. A lady there repeated what was said on the phone, but then stated that it would actually be more than an hour wait, as the hotel was booked full. I politely asked, "What requests are ahead of mine, when I don't even have a bed to sleep on?" She didn't have a good answer for that (ironically, a guy came up to the other.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs updated, carpet was old. The bathroom desperately needed updating and there were stains on the carpet. The pool is not very kid friendly and parking was expensive.

We recently stayed at the Westin Buckhead and had the best hotel stay ever! From the moment we checked in, we felt like part of the family. The valet guys are very helpful and the front desk is super friendly. The concierge seems to know everything about Atlanta. The hotel driver is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Westin Buckhead for a great time in Atlanta!

Staff was very friendly, especially the hotels driver. Rooms were very clean except the paint on the wall behind the TV. I assume that is from the old tube TV?s the hotel use to have. Our room had a huge LCD TV but we spent most of our time at the mall or at Dantana?s. It is not part of the hotel, but in the same building?great outdoor area for drinks! Lots of art work around the hotel.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It IS the hotel righ next to Lenox Mall which is nice. Very close to alot of restraunts as well. The hotel and staff were great, and the rooms are very clean and nice. HOWEVER, there is something that I think it important to point out. Valet is 26 dollars PER NIGHT... and your other option is self park which is 18 dollars PER NIGHT!!! That is CRAZY ludacris!!! Because this hotel is in Atlanta, your only option is to park in one of these because somewhere else would be unsafe to walk to!

Great beds, wonderful location! Could hear others in neighboring rooms, walls very thin! Great location, great views and wonderful beds. Loved the bathrobes and Starbucks coffee in the room!

The location. The room was very warm in the middle of a July night in Atlanta. We were fairly disappointed in our stay. The hotel needs an update.

It was right next to Lenox Square - staff was wonderful. Nothing to report - stay was wonderful. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean room. Excellent staff, and comfortable bed! We had to pay for internet access in our room! Overall very nice. I didn't like having to pay extra for parking especially since it was under the hotel. The room service food was excellent! Workout room and pool were very nice. Pool was set up more for excersize than leisure. Very comfortable and nice experience.

The room was great, but they could have asked if we wanted a view of the 4h of July fireworks show. The parking and the bottled water in the room were both ridiculously expensive. The mini-bar was not stocked and there were no vending machines on the floor.

It was clean. The hotel was clean and nice. There weren't any frills. Usually a four star hotel will have a nice bathroom with a larger tub or cool shower. The bathroom in the room was nice, but decidedly average. The tv was a small LCD. It had a king size bed, but there were no mints on the pillows. The hotel was on par with Marriot Courtyard.
