The price that we got for such a beautiful hotel. Nothing. This is a beautiful hotel. We felt like loyalty in such a nice facility.

The staff was terrific and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant prices. I travel frequently and I am in the hotel business myself. The staff at this hotel are outstanding. Anything I asked for it was to my room with-in 5 minutes. If I needed directions they had them waiting on me by the time I got downstairs and already had my car pulled around ready to go. Great recommendations by the staff on restaurants, and nightlife. The bed maybe the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling, its worth every cent.

The beds were a spa experience. The drinks were a tad expensive. Great location, easy to get to buckhead for shopping. The beds were a spa experience into themselves. Great decor!

Room decor and set up was great - lovely view. Self parking on a crowded evening after dark turned out to be a huge hassle. We enjoyed our stay here except for the parking dilemma. It took us 30 minutes just to park after we checked in. It almost seemed like they wanted you to just give and pay for valet parking.

Comfort beds were awesome! Charged for in room WiFi but free in lobby restaurant. Awesome value. Great room restaurant staff. Most comfortable beds inAtlanta.

The hotel presented as catering to business professionals and upscale travelers. The rooms felt cramped to be combined with unflattering windows views from the elevators and lobby. The venue was accommodating and upscale, but lacking any sense of indulgence. The rooms were well decorated, while simultaneously cramped and efficient. The area and location of the hotel fueled my desire to travel the quick 10 minute drive to Buckhead to enjoy the city, not missing anything at the hotel or in the immediate area.

Nice room - not huge, but well laid out and nicely furnished. Good view from 15th floor. Dining is expensive. My only gripe: the room service menu is on a TV channel and the (slow) scroll rate cannot be controlled by guest. Good parking facilities. A bargain at AAA weekend rate.

My husband had a meeting there and I accompanied him. Their motto for their rooms is ""heavenly"" and I couldn't agree more. Most comfortable beds, clean rooms, excellent dining opportunities, and extremely competent staffing. It was a ""heavenly"" experience.

Where do I start? It's almost impossible to find the plade - there is NO signage! The ""Heavenly"" bed is pure hell! Took 20 minutes to check in at 1 a.m and then they didn't have the room we requested & paid for 3 months earlier! The toilet constantly backed up. The room STUNK - literally! We're not usually ""complainers,"" but this place is the pits!

Friendly staff, free parking. Tiny room and bath. Poorly lit. Not so great. Very poorly lit. Rooms are very small. Lobby is strangely laid out and not user friendly. Bathroom could have been nicer and cleaner. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is modern and nicely decorated. The outdoor pool was dirty and the room was humid. The Westin is an attractive hotel with nice rooms and an appealing lobby. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. The room seemed to always be humid, however. The hotel's pool needed cleaning. Probably wouldn't stay there again due to the humidity problem. The beds were very comfy though.

The whole atmosphere was very relaxing! They had trouble getting our room correct when we first arrived. Loved this hotel. It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and I was able to relax for the first time in a while!

Convenince. Great hotel for the money. Very clean and Starbucks in the room. Also close to grocery stores and mall. Highly recommend this hotel.

The comfort of the beds, and pillows, and the view. It was difficult to reach. The hotel staff was very friendly and most helpful. The rooms were well insulated so that you weren't disturbed by outside noise. There was plenty of free parking and easily accessible. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had double shower heads. The stay was most comfortable.

Location was great. Room was too small to be a 4 star hotel. Hotel had a great location and parking was free, however I must say for a four star hotel the room I had was very small. Stayed downtown Atlanta (where land is at premium) and the rooms were larger than this hotel. I was disappointed, the Westin name is usually better.

Beautiful views on lake. Nothing. Staff friendly. Nice location, friendly staff. On the low end of a 4 star though. Perfect for business travelers.

I loved the very soft sheets on the bed. I also liked the friendly staff. Sorry, I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
