The hotel was in a great location near Times Square, but did not have all the crowds. Also, theaters are just around the block. The hotel is nice but the bathroom could have been cleaner.

My grilfriend and I went up to NY for Valentines Day weekend. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Excellant room on the 26th floor. The concierge was NOT helpful though. They could not provide us with something as simple as toothpaste. We asked multiple times and they kept telling us they are sending someone up and it never came. I got fed up that I ended up buying some from the downstairs news stand.

Convenient location. I didn't get a King size bed. The Westin Times Square is a contemporary hotel with quality staff and amenities. Your stay will be comfortable yet stylish.

Location. The huge tread mill that took up 1/3 of the room. The wall paper is peeling, the paint in the bathroom is peeling, the shower drips, the staff is not helpful or cheerful.

Proximity to Times Square. The Westin Times Square is equal to what I expect of a Westin. Situated one block west of the center of the universe, made my vacation a memorable one!

Comfy warm bed, chocolates, view. The lobby bathroom smelled on several occasions, needs ventilation, bathrooms need fans. Met expectations. Good location. Comfy bed.

Location to where I was going Rocketts and Mary Poppins. Too expensive. If you want to stay in Times Square area it is ok nothing fancy but the price.

Great location, nice staff, luxury bedding! Shower and toilet was not completely clean. Wonderful location, walked to most desired locations. Staff was extremely nice, security was noted had to have key to enter at night. Overall great experience & excellent value.

Great, comfortable beds. Luxurious bathrooms. No pool. WOW, great hotel. Everything was wonderful. The best beds ever. Top of the line bedding. Wonderful bathrooms. Luxury all the way. We stayed in 5 different hotels over a week and this was by far the best ever! Highly recommend.

The location and convenience. The stainless steel sink in the bathroom. The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location. The room was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

"It was our first trip to NYC, we booked in March 07', read many reviews and can't thank you enough. Our stay was fantastic. This hotel is right in the middle of anything and everything. From the subways on 42nd St., Broadway shows to Times Square. Chevy's and a 29 screen theatre is in the hotel located on the 42nd St. entrance. Dave and Buster's is across 42nd and is wonderful for the kids. Would recommend this hotel for NYC newbies as we were. Have fun!!"

Staff was great, very accommodating. The chair in the room was not especially comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. As explained in the description, there are no direct views of Times Square, but you are on a few steps away from it. I found the staff to be especially accommodating; they permitted me to check in early and provided me with a room with a king size bed at my request. Every brief encounter with any staff member was a pleasant one. Also, on the day I was checking out, they checked my luggage for me at no expense so I could walk around the city without lugging around my bags. I would stay here again!

This is a great hotel that is right next door to Times Square & convenient to everything via Subway or City Bus. Friendly informative hotel staff. We loved our room.

Was pleasantly surprised at how lovely this hotel was. Great location to all Broadway theaters. Service was impecable, the concierge was most helpful, check-in and check-out was easy. The room itself, while small, was very comfortable and clean. The beds were super comfortable and loved the double shower head. Definately would stay there again when in NYC.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and upgraded our room because we were celebrating my wife's birthday. The hotel should not charge an additional fee for using the exercise facilities. The hotel staff and service were very accommodating. The Times Square and Theater District location of the hotel was excellent. In addition there was easy access to the subway and within walking distance to a great selection of reasonably priced restaurant choices. I would definitely recommend this Westin.

First time New York traveler and I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Hotel staff were extremely friends, rooms are big and clean, and its right in the middle of everything time square related, but just far enough to not be bothered by the lights and sounds. Two down sides, no pool and our room was never cleaned one day. Will probably book again at the Westin!

Great location, one of the best beds ever. Pricey bar. Located just steps from the theaters and a number of good restaurants as well as convenient to public transportation, this hotel was a very good choice for an NYC visit. The rooms were a little on the small side but newly renovated and spotless. The beds were some of the best I have slept in and I have stayed at high end hotels throughout the world. The bar was pricey even by NYC standards.

Excellent location, easy access to theaters, restaurants and stores. Toilet paper too thin. The room was very pleasant to stay at, eco-friendly, high quality bed linen, contemporary. Concierge and check-in services were very professional.

Location was perfect. The Westin was wonderful and much nicer than we expected. The room was comfortable when we checked in, although the temperature seemed a bit warm and it took us a while to figure out how to cool it off. Considering how close we were to Times Square, the room was quiet. Check out was swift. Again we were able to store our bags for the afternoon until it was time to catch our train.

The hotel was clean, nice beds and was in a great location. We couldn't sleep because of all the noise and I would not recommend this hotel. After traveling to NY City and touring all day, this was not the peaceful place to be. We were on the 10th floor and the fire engines were blaring with the police sirens and cars horns going on all night long.

The valets are excellent, the location is perfect. Extremely expensive drinks at the bar. 22 dollar for a double makers mark and coke. The valet was a little slow but they were very thorough and respectable. Room service was good, but very expensive. The concierge was all knowing and very professional. Placement was amazing. Checkout was easy.

As a hotel worker myself I was very impressed with the friendlness of the staff. They were very efficient and helpful. The hotel was right in the heart of the theater district and an easy walk when visiting The View. The only complaint was the outside of the toilet was EXTREEMLY dirty however the rest of the room was clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and the hallways were quite. I would recommend this hotel but I should have called housekeeping about the toilet

This hotel was perfect for what we were looking to accomplish this past weekend. It was a perfect location to the subways and was very easy to get around. We had a wonderful view of the Hudson River from our room on the 30th floor, and the view of the 4th of July Fireworks display was amazing. The Conscierge was very helpful as well and we were able to fit in exactly everything we wanted to in 2 short days!!! I would definately recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay at Times Square. It was great and affordable.

Great location with easy access to the subway. Rooms were a decent size. Hugely expensive. The Westin Times Square is at a great location, with easy access to anything in Times Square and close to the Subway to reach the balance of NYC. The rooms are a good size and the service there was good.

The Westin was comfortable but without a pool the kids did not have much to do. the beds were very comfortable and clean and the welcome desk was very helpful with city directions. Overall a very good stay
