Hotel was new, sharp looking, close to downtown but in quiet neighborhood. Cleanliness of room on arrival was not up to standard for this chain. We stayed for a quick tour of Boston. Hotel was nice enough. Room was adequately sized and modern. We called and the service people were up in an instant to fix things. Great customer service.

Hotel staff was friendly, responsive and very professional. Charged to place calling card calls. This hotel provides a high level of service. The staff was friendly, responsive and very professional. It is geared for business travelers as it connects to the convention center.

Convenient, elegant and trendy. Very convenient - connected to convention center, great transportation system and metro to downtown and airport. Yet very friendly atmosphere.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on anywhere. Parking is expensive ($31/day), and Internet service is an extra charge. A fairly typical high-end convention-center hotel, with a decent, but not great, restaurant, clean, well-appointed rooms, very good and friendly service, and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. For the price, it was a tremendous bargain -- the first time I've used Priceline, and based on this experience, I will try it again.

Convenience for transportation and spectacular views. Missed my morning paper; wind tunnel effect in the back area of the lounge was disturbing. Modern, clean and efficient. The public spaces give no indication that the rooms will be as exceptional as they are. Appliances were in working order.

I loved theheavenly bed and the bathrobe! I was told that the only waterfront views were the rooms with 2 double beds, no king beds. This hotel hosts mostly business travelers (as it's located directly beside the Boston Convention & Exhibition center), but it's still a wonderful location for a leisure traveler. The Silver Line T stop is just across the street and it's easy to get to South Station (as well as the airport). Taxi's are also always available if you prefer them. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was busy with many laptops/cell phones and business deals, but as the lobby is very large and open, there is room for the vacationer as well. I had a very enjoyable stay the beds are heavenly and the rooms a comfortable size.

Common areas were very nice. Smoke smell in our room and on our hall. If you are visiting the convention center - this is the hotel for you. If you are a tourist - it is a bit farther from the action that you might like. While it is within walking distance to the common, it is a pretty good hike. Also, while very close to the silver line, it is the least convenient line of them all.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location adjacent to the Boston Convention Center and waterfront. Staff are courtious and always willing to assist with travelers needs. Also a short walk or taxi ride to downtown.

Top quality hotel at a very reasonable price. Only drawback is it is a 15 min. taxi ride to downtown. Hotel does provide free but limited shuttle service in pm.

The hotel was located near a subway station so that was great! Our room was beautiful. My only gripes are that Wireless internet costs $12.95 per 24hrs in your room which I think is a little ridiculous when it is free at less expensive hotels and the hotel's convenience store closes at 8 or 9pm and there are no vending machines in the hotel if you want a midnight snack or beverage.

This hotel is a wonderful hotel. The staff are perfect. The valets were so friendly and helpful giving us instructions on how to get to our destinations. The front desk was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. It was a great hotel. Will stay there again.

"Beautiful hotel. Food is very expensive. We recommend Fargo Deli especially for breakfast, go down the back escalator, out the doors, go 1/2 block to the revolving door in red brick building. Also open for a great lunch. "

The bed and the bathroom were great! The hotel is open and airy with simple, clean rooms. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed is awesome! The valets were very helpful even if you self-parked. We had a nice stay, enjoyed a martini at the "Lobby - Birch Bar".

Airiness, elevator speed. Parking rates bit exorbitant. Perfect for attending the Seaport convention. Not so convenient for downtown.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom floor was filthy. It had track marks from someone's boots on it. It was in a very difficult location. Far from the city center and hard to locate by car. We had to call the hotel to get directions back when we went into the city. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable, but for some reason the bathroom floor was filthy with tracks from dirty boots, like a workman had been in there and not cleaned up after himself.
