Our room was fabulous. We needed more room than the room that we had reserved and they were very accommodating. I can't think of anything about this hotel that we didn't like. We continue to have great results when we book our rooms through it. This was another fantastic experience a super hotel and a very affordable price. We couldn't be happier with it!

Excellent service Parking was WAY TOO expensive. Food was WAY TOO expensive. Overall, the service and the ambiance were the two most prominent assets of this hotel. I hated being "gouged" for the little things when I pay a descent price for a room, though. The staff was excellent and the room was very nice.

Hotel staff was extremely accomodating from start to finish. After we arrived in our room, we noticed that our sink drain was not draining well and the safe key had been broken off in the safe. When I went down to the check in desk, they immediately took care of the situation and assigned us a new room with the same ammenities as our previous room. Situation was handled promptly and as professionally as one could ask for. It was also nice being located on a quiet part of the riverwalk but within easy walking distance to the action areas along the walk. Front desk and concierge staff answered any and all questions extremely professionally and with a very friendly tone, an all around very enjoyable trip, thanks to the Westin Riverwalk.

Fitness center. The parking attendants were very rude. The parking manager was rude to my wife and me. The hotel employees seemed to think they were better than the guests. The management is definitely not in charge at this hotel and I do not intend, nor will I recommend staying here ever again.

Easy walk to many attractions, restaurants. Parking expensive, inconvenient, $10/day for internet! The staff and hotel location were excellent. Parking was difficult and expensive. WiFi is free most places. Time to remodel. The carpet and furniture is showing some wear. On balance, a good stay but could be better.

Wonderful location, splendid rooms, great service, pet friendly, beautiful hotel. Room service food was horrible and overpriced. What a gem! We were in town for a wedding and the hotel was the perfect location. Upon check in we were promptly greeted by the front desk and given complimentary water seeing as it was rather hot that day. Gorgeous interior, great staff willing to help with anything (even if you've misplaced your room key @ 2am), quick valets. They run a tight ship and no detail is overlooked except maybe the room service food. Overall I absolutely loved our stay at the Westin. Previously I had never stayed at a Westin, but now they have a new loyal guest.

Just got back from this hotel....Here is my review. Pros: Had no trouble traveling with our small pet. No deposit, just sign a waiver. Cookies were good. Friendly staff. Easy access to the river from hotel. Beds were comfy. Cons: Don't drive a big vehicle ;dually; b/c they won't park it for you. Parking is across the street @ $15 per day. Pillows were not comfy. Didn't get linen or room cleaned and towels restocked during our 3 1/2 day stay. Room service is very slow. After floors in the hallway were cleaned the entire hallwall smelled of wet mold. Beds seem a little small. We paid extra for a river view and balcony....don't kid yourself because the river view is obstructed by the pool area and the balcony is just big enough for a small child to stand or one adult. Overall this hotel was nice. But I will choose another for the next trip.

This hotel was very new and clean. It was decorated very nicely. The service was excellent. It was right on the river which made it a great location to access nearby activities and restaurants.

Because this was a supposedly ""quality"" hotel, I made reservations with some basic expectations such as a refrigerator in the room, a standard coffee pot with perhaps some cream and sugar available. The description of the room included these things, however upon arrival I realized the ""refrigerator"" was actually a wet bar and the coffee pot was a single cup coffee maker with no coffee condiments. If I drank more than one ""pot"" of this coffee, I would be charged for it. We were disappointed in the room and will not stay at this hotel again.

Our group of very particular ladies was very pleased with our stay at the Westin. From our arrival to our departure, the staff was most helpful and friendly. The rooms were fine, and the beds VERY comfortable. We enjoyed the attentiveness of Elizabeth at the pool; the cool cloths were refreshing. Everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. Stay here!

This hotel represents a fine chain in a great location, reasons for my expectations to be high. Unfortunately, this hotel disappointed in too many ways. Upon arrival, check-in was crowded and valet parking took quite a while. Our room was clean and suitable for my family of four. The hotel quickly sent an extra towel set when we called since there were only three in the room, a problem that recurred every day. The first morning, a maid tried to enter the room at 8, stopped only by the bar on the door. Repeated attempted entrance at 9. The second night, a new problem arose; our sink started to backup. At first we thought it was just clogged, but later noticed that it actually backed up when the room next door ran water. Yuck. Another call to the front desk, this time for maintenance. We waited for a couple of hours, but no one came by 11. In the morning we went to the front desk to report the problem. They offered us another room if we would go repack. I asked them to try to fix the problem, which they eventually did. When we got back, there was pipe residue in the sink, towels were back to three, and one of two of our toilet papers was removed from the wall. Yuck. Yuck. Yuck. Bath mat was gone. For a high-end chain, our experience was far, far below my expectations. Other disappointing features: no newspaper and internet access available for a charge of up to $ per day. If Starbucks can provide this free, so should my hotel where I am paying top dollar. Positives were the excellent beds and great HD TV. Corporate should visit this hotel because they are running it like a bunch of amateurs.

The Walk In experience was wonderful. The charge for parking was a bit excessive. This hotel was great for the price I paid. The other quality hotels will loose my business if they can't compete with this price.

Staff and the bed. $28/car per night!!!!!!!! I had 2 cars! Terrific once inside. Parking across the street dragging luggage up to the room was a hassle! $16.00 to connect to the internet.

Bathroom was very large. Elevators far from room. We loved this hotel. We had 24 couples staying at this same hotel and they all raved about it. David was a great concierge. Would definitely stay again!

Location and professionalism. Outside noise could be heard in our room. Excellent place to stay. I would recommend the Westin to anyone. The hotel and rental car reservation was not a pleasant experience.

It was very nice and without pretense. The parking for the weekend was awful, the lots and garages have a racket going on the weekend evenings so that only the valet parking can park. The hotel was lovely, the service was excellent and the access to the river walk was great. My only complaint was the parking on the weekends, during the week it was great and very accessible.
