The hotel is nicely situated near the Prater and the U-bahn is easily accesable from the Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Altough it is indicated in their information booklet that the rooms and public areas sre non-smoking, a strong smell of sigarette smoke was present throughout the hotel.

This hotel is good value with easy access to public transportation. Breakfast is good but could be better with more than only one type of fresh fruit (melon only for the whole week) and either bacon or sausage. Members of the staff are friendly and helpful but their smoking in the office is offensive because you can smell it right into the dining room.

Overall the hotel was very nice, clean and had a great buffet breakfast. Free internet was vey handy. The location is close to the train station but is not in the best area. It was a little scary walking home at night. I would recommend it to others.

A decent hotel not too far from the city centre (still within walking distance). The continental breakfast has a good selection.
