Location. Under construction. Clean, safe, good location, friendly staff. We were able to get a good rate but that's because hotel is under construction. They put us in a handicapped room. We requested another room and they were able to accomodate.

4 librarians in NYC for BEA. Location was ok. Very loud garbage trucks during the night and the first room with no air conditioning. We were moved. We were only there to sleep, so the four of us did really, really well in a small space.

Great location and well-appointed clean room with comfortable bed. Not very helpful in finding area locations; only one working elevator in building for the entire stay. This hotel was adequate for a single night stay but I wouldn't want to be there for any length of time. The room and the bath were clean, if small. The bed was very comfortable and the in-room free internet access is a nice feature. The hotel lobby was cramped and the staff seemed to resent questions at times. Possibly because they were overworked. There were few amenities to speak of and only one working elevator meant long waits for everyone. But a good, safe room in a terrific neighborhood for the priceline price.

Great location and was clean. The hotel was very nice and very clean. The rooms were nice but very basic. I got a good deal for the room and can't complain. It is in a central location in the Chelsea, Empire State Building area. Easy to get around and many places to eat around the area.

It was clean, room was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was also conveniently located to restaurants, stores, etc. The room was small for what they charged and the view was terrible. This hotel was clean, comfortable, but small. We enjoyed the happy hour at the hotel.

The hotel was a hole in the wall. The building was so small that probably the total square feet coverage of one entire floor was smaller normal size of a house. No surprise the rooms were the size of a walk in closet. And the best of all was the view; a back door alley where all the walls, every thing else was covered with pigeon feces, and it was only at arms reaching distance. When we asked if we can get another room, we were told that all the rooms were booked and that they were full. But later on that night when we were going out at the lobby we heard a young couple complaining, arguing and finally getting another room at the fully booked hotel. The sad part of this experience was that before we booked this hotel we read the independent reviews of patrons that stayed there. Either these people did not stay at the same hotel or were blind or to drunk. In my opinion it is a disgrace, to call this joint a hotel. The title of a motel would be just more then enough to explain this hole in the wall. Stay a way from this hotel SORRY MOTEL.

well the hotel was clean, room services everyday, very small rooms....you can't move there...but was easy way to go everywhere. employee's are not that nice...like when i check out he don't says word to us, thank you , nothing ....but well ....not to bad for the price, just customer service can be better.

This hotel in opelousas is the best one yet & I haved stayed at all of them. The staff was wonderful &the cookies and hot coffee in the evenings was delicious. AWESOME PLACE !

The room, although a bit small, was very well appointed and comfortable. With only about 8 rooms per floor, it also was nice and quiet. The location was very convenient. I'd definitely recommend it.

Very clean and comfortable beds and bathroom. On check-in the fellow at the desk was not at all helpful. Good thing someone knew what they were doing. They did bring up the play pen but with no bedding. We had to use bedding from our bed! We never did get two rooms together as promised. I would not go back to that hotel. There was no pool.
