The hotel was very new, with excellent decor, great linens and a helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. Great value. The accommodations were excellent. The staff friendly and helpful.

I like that it is away from Downtown Gettysburg and the traffic, yet close. Nothing. Nice, affordable hotel. Beds are great. Nice LCD TV's. Nice pool. Movie theater less than a block away. You can tour Gettysburg and go back to the hotel, get a meal, and then go watch a movie in a brand new theater.

The lobby was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Bed big! No morning paper, hotel food a bit over-priced. Very nice atmosphere. Room was overall good. The bed was great for being a soft bed. It was huge. We really liked this hotel.

The Whyndam was clean and comfortable!!! It was located close to all the action but far enough away that you had a quiet stay. The breakfast was extremely expensive, 40 dollars for eggs and a belgum waffle....your paying for all the fancy table clothes and the atmosphere. Not the place to eat if you have kids...but the pool will satisfy the kids...The coffee pot will only brew like 3 cups of coffee so we had to brew a couple of pots, but again not a huge inconvience!! I would definatly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

I read the reviews before deciding on this hotel and thought it couldn't be as wonderful as the reviews stated, but believe me it is a wonderful hotel. My children were thrilled with the pool and I liked the whirlpool which was large enough for several people to enjoy. I'm usually looking forward to getting home to my bed, but the feather beds were so comfortable that I wasn't ready to leave. If you are planning a trip to Gettysburg or the surrounding area, this is definitely the place to stay! You will not want to leave.

We stayed a few days at the Wyndham and it was a very good experience. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful any time we had a question or request. It was probably a little more money than we wanted to spend, but it was worth it. It was a great location....only a couple of miles from town and right off the highway.

The hotel was very clean, and the bed was the of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. There weren't a lot of restaurants or things to do around the hotel.

The hotel lobby was beautiful. Room service food was cold and never brought the items they forgot, room decor was tacky. The water in the shower was barely warm, the decor was really tacky and the food I got from room service was cold, way over priced for the quality and they never delivered the items they forgot. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Exceeds what we expected; staff very helpful; room excellent. Have no negatives on this hotel. Hotel convenient to Gettysburg. Very clean, excellent informed staff, and very clean and quiet.
