Free parking. Charged for internet access, rooms get very hot, close to a railroad, walls are thin. Very average hotel. Average in cleanliness, service, appearance. Not too bus if you can get it cheap.

Flat panelTV in room was nice. No self laundry facilities. The hotel was decent. The room was comfortable and included a flat panel TV in room and free high speed internet. The hotel restaurant was not ever busy during my 21 day stay and was subpar in my opinion. I would have liked a refrigerator/microwave in room and was told that it would be an additional $10/day which was way overpriced in my opinion.

Extremely pleasant staff and great location near airport. Older, needs updates and upgrades in a hurry. I was not impressed with overall look of the hotel. The elevators were very dirty and not modern at all. The hotel needs to pour some money into upgrades and repairs while the hotel still has some beauty to it. I was pleased with the location but I was very dissatisfied with it being listed as a 3 star hotel. I have been in other 3 star hotels in the same area and this particular hotel does not match their quality and modern atmosphere at all. Great staff and great location but other than the staff's pleasant attitude I did not feel like I was in a 3-star hotel at all.

Great location at a great price. There was no morning room service on the weekends. Although the property overall was well maintained and the lobby/dining areas alluded to a comfortable stay, our room was sub-standard at best. The walls were in desperate need of paint, the carpet felt grungy (shame on me for walking bare-footed) and the wall heater was overly loud and blew an odd smell. However, the front desk help both upon check-in and check-out were extremely friendly which went a long way.

Spacious room. Charges for internet access and local calls. Although it has nice space and facilities, the charges for internet access and local calls should not be there. Economy and budget hotels provide both at no charge, while "upscale" hotels rip off the traveler.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. Provided snacks for kids on day of check out at no charge. Air conditioner very loud and kept our toddler (and everyone else) awake all night. Great location near RDU, RTP and interstates. Room cleanliness in general was poor (thick layer of dust on headboards, wood chips in runner of closet door, closet door not hung correctly, generally dusty on unused surfaces, mildew in bathroom grout). Air conditioner was extremely loud and inefficient - difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Pool was small and cold. Chairs in pool area were worn/appeared old. Path through building to pool area was not attractive - entered through stairwell that was also being used for storage.

Decor was nice; staff friendly. Received poor directions from staff member when en route to hotel. Convenient, friendly staff, nicely decorated. Would visit again - even though I received incorrect driving directions from staff member when I was on my way. Her error took me several miles in the opposite direction.

Helpful front desk; 24 hour gym on the premises. Carpet and walls looked a little shabby. A great hotel, very conveniently located, has the amenities for a business traveler (including a very fast wireless internet connection), a helpful front desk staff (came up and gave me my Splenda sachets almost before I got off the phone asking for them), and cuts out unnecessary frills.

The name. Not enough room to elaborate. Sent an email to Wyndham hotels describing the nightmare experience at their hotel. Not interested in reliving the experience. I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again!

Great for the price. Not cleaned/managed to 3 star level. "Older" hotel with smiling friendly staff, but not cleaned to 3 star hotel standard (remnants of toothpaste in sink, sticky beverage rings on desk, things of that nature that make you a but unsure/uneasy). Location is great price was awesome - location needs a better general manager and it would be super!

Was surprised when we arrived. Much nicer than expected. Had to make room choice based on non-smoking availability. Great looking hotel, friendly staff. Good location, great overnight stop only about. Five miles from major highway.
