Cheap but not even worth the price

This hotel was one of the best place I stayed in New Delhi while I was on a month long hotel. This hotel never made me feel that I am away from my home.

Shocking

The rooms are terribly noisy (1st floor on the street side is a nightmare), not very clean, there were no towels, no hot water, no breakfast and moreover, their travel agent is not honest. I asked them several time by email and phone to book train tickets, they agreed and confirmed. but when we arrived (very late), they only insisted to rent their car for the week. We therefore missed the early morning train and had to discuss bus tickets directly in the street at 6:00am, after a very sleepless night (too noisy). Hotel is cheap, but not even worth the budget.
