As others have said this is in a fantastically convenient situation just 10 mins walk from the station and 10 mins from the two lening towers. Although the rooms are not large, which has always been the case in Italy at our price range, they are very clean and good quality mirrors help. The bed was comfortable, the linen was crisp and the pillows plump. What is more the air con was efficient (in August it needs to be) and quiet! Very helpful staff who were glad to sort out our trip to the airport at Forli for an early Ryanair flight home. For info a fast train leaves Bologna Centrale at 0825 to arrive at Forli at 0905, then it is a short taxi ride to the airport ( 15 mins, 11 Euro). These small airports are much more civilised than LHR or LGW. We didn't ask for recommended restaurants but it seems to be impossible to eat poorly in this town. The places we used were full of Italians which is a good sign.
