Location. You can walk to a lot of restaurants, bars, etc. Pool area was not very attractive.

Hotel Zoso was a fantastic stay! The hotel was in a great location for the parties we wanted to attend, and very upscale for the price we paid (how many places that you stay in have a 46 flat screen TV in the room?)! The bed was large and comfortable, and and pillows soft and numerous. The room had a couch, coffee table, and a nice patio too. The location very clean and quiet.

This hotel looks nice but its apparence cannot make up its poor services- 1. Room Services - no new soaps and lotions on the 2nd and 3rd days. I had to ask for them. 2. Parking - valet only at costs $18/night. I first thought the underground packing level must be full so they had to valet. But the parking level was nearly empty! To get stuff from your car you have to ask them to get your car. I think this is going to far. So we parked on the street in the next few days.

i've stayed at hotel zoso now at least 10 times since it opened. it is in a great location and the rooms are large and well furnished, along with nice amenities like top line toiletries and coffee. on the down side, it seems like service has slipped my last couple of visits. although i did have my do not disturb sign on until early afternoon all during my stay, my room was only cleaned once in four days..and when done so obvious trash wasn't thrown away and dirty glasses weren't cleaned out or replaced. they also neglected to replace the coffee. it's a nice hotel but not the same place it was. the hotels rates can be all over the place..

pool was over crouded, the hotel charged $20.00 a day for parking and for a resort fee, what resort? The pool was unusable. I think at one time this was a beautiful and classy hotel, the clients have changed

The Hotel Zoso was very comfortable, the room was filled with interesting decor that shouts comfort. I particularly liked the cleanliness of our room. I thought that the bathroom was roomy and clean. We almost did not want to leave our room; however, the night we stayed is when they had the street fair. Hotel Zoso was just a block away from the fair. We enjoyed the location very much because it was close to everything, restaurants, banks, theater, and even casino.

beautiful hotel, well-kept rooms, lovely common areas. however, the front desk kid was rather rude. they had run out of the room type i requested, and when i asked him upon discovering this, his response was that's all we got. aside from the kid, the remainder of the stay was wonderful, albeit pricey.

For the most part the Hotel was very nice. The Hotel was not crowded at all and I should have asked for a room on the interior of the Hotel, the outside rooms were noisy. The Hotel needs some updating, carpets had spots that were worn out and some of the lights did not work. The bedding was very good. We did not eat at the Hotel so I really can not comment on the food, the bar service was very good. We like to stay in the Smaller Hotels in the Old part of Palm Springs and we will continue to look for one we can enjoy more that Hotel Zoso.

Hotel Zoso is located in a very good location near downtown Palm Springs. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff is very helpful. The restaurant has good food but a bit pricey. The rooms were clean and furnished in modern decor. There was also a patio which provided views of the city or the pool. Loved the 42 LCD TV! The only negative was that the on-site ATM did not work during the time at my stay and also there is only valet parking and no self park. Other than that, Hotel Zoso is highly recommended for families, couples, and business folks. Will stay here gain.

The room looked nice when we first entered. After one night, my 2 guests and I woke up with bug bites all over our upper body. The next night we had more on our legs and feet. Apparently Palm Springs has turned into a Frat town. The hotel was booked with a frat formal... and a prom! The high school kids acted better than the fraternity that was there at the hotel. Further more, they did not even keep all the kids together so there was a loud party on every floor ALL day and LATE at night!!!!! To add on, the shower curtin looked like someone had a personal speciman on it that was never cleaned off and the comforter smelled as though either someone drooled on it or wiped their mouth with it after they threw up. The location was great and so was the staff... that is about the only good thing I CAN say about this hotel. They are too concerned with being modern and need to be more concrned with keeping the hotel cleen and bug free!!!!!!!!!! I'd rather pay more money and stay somewhere else next time.

Noisy rooms, next to idling deisle trucks all night long, when we made a comment the following day they said they knew about it and could give us another room. The new room was in the old hotel looked shabby and had a musty smell, unsafe buckeled carpeting in the halways. Slow house keeping service, rooms were not made untill after 4:00 pm, they provided one bath towel for two people. Broken TV, remote did not work, when it was fixed we did enjoy some movies. One little cup of coffee in the room when I went down to get more they asked me if I was paying cash or charging it to my room .

The staff was very rude upon arrival. We had two rooms on the same floor but different areas. The electicity went out on one side of the hotel. I went down to find out what the problem was. Again rudeness. Later in the evening it went out again. Again Rude. I would never stay there again!!!
