Hotel was good value. The only problem was the number of stairs to our room on fourth floor (75). Not recommended for anyone with mobility or breathing problems. Very handy for all sightseeing in London. Very close to Lancaster Gate station and also Paddington. Bayswater is more difficult to find hotel from.

kind stuff, basic breakfast, nice accesoriesClasical London low priced hotel. Steep stairs, carpets all over, hot room (summer time). Stayed in 2+2 family room, nice. Small tv, 5 channles. Microwave, fridge, electric kettle, some plates - nice. Basic breakfast - corn flakes, toast, nescafe...GREAT location. Underground station nearby, Hyde park 100m, kids loved it. Peacefull.

Good location near two underground stations, pubs, and some shops. Easy to find. Our room was three floors up a narrow staircase. However it was quiet, clean and tidy. Breakfast was a dissapointment. The staff, although pleasant, could not speak very good english and did not understand what we wanted.

Excellent location,Staff very helpful,excellent price the only draw back was the room was small considering we had a double room.
