The Wilmingtonian is located within walking distance of the Cape Fear Museum and approximately five miles from New Hanover International Airport. The Cape Fear River is two blocks away. Hotel amenities include the Grill Room, Percy's Bar, gardens, ponds, and courtyard. The five buildings of the Wilmingtonian complex house have a total of 40 suites, with buildings dating from 1841 to 1994. The de Rosset house is a restored, 1841 mansion and pre-civil war home.
