Value Place is a short term residential product that blends the best of extended stay lodging and furnished apartments. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay. While many people decide to stay with us for months, many people staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon check-in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at check-out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours check-in must call extension 500 and the security officer will be paged to assist guests. Value Place Ft. Worth Fossil Creek is conveniently located off NE Loop 820 & N. Beach Street.
